橋架直線段之間、直線段與彎通、變徑直通之間的連接件，應(yīng)采用橋架制造廠配套的連接件。連接件薄鋼板厚度不應(yīng)小于橋架薄鋼板厚度。

接口應(yīng)平整，無扭曲、凸起和凹陷，連接用的半園頭鍍鋅螺栓，半園頭應(yīng)在橋架內(nèi)側(cè)，螺栓長度適當，擰緊之后，露出長度以2～5牙為宜。水平安裝的橋架，其直線段的連接頭，應(yīng)盡量設(shè)在兩個支吊架之間的1/4左右處。

要跨越伸縮縫的橋架少一側(cè)有較長的直線段，宜超過30m，或伸縮縫兩側(cè)直線段橋架相加有30m，中間無水平或垂直彎通。以便于在橋架中留電纜(或電線)的伸縮余量，這個余量應(yīng)大于伸縮縫寬L。
